America's got Talent
Two weeks ago, my school choir director asked my mom if I could go to the America's got Talent auditions, she said yes and took me.
We were there for 1 1/2 hours and I went in a room with four other people. Their ages were 12 to 52 and I was the youngest. We all sang our songs and at the end of my song the judge clapped for me, she told the group they would call us if we are chosen and they asked me and my mom to stay back.
The judge told me I had a really strong voice and that I should add more expressions to my words then she told me to sing the song again so they could do second taping. I did and then the
judge said "that was better" she told my mom some things to do to help me get even better.
I was not sure if that was good or bad but my mom says it is good because if the judge did not think I was talented she would not have held us back. My mom said the judge saw talent and if my time is not now, maybe later. I was glad I went because I now have a personal voice coach and I'm learning new things about singing.
It would be nice if AGT calls me but if not I still had a good time watching all the other people.
Oh, my mom wanted me to wear a cool hat for the audition but I wanted them to see my locks!
